we're breaking the rules by putting necklaces on our heads. a beautiful vintage green rhinestone necklace has been hand stitched onto layers of chartreuse chiffon and embellished with a large vintage pink rhinestone brooch. we even added some extra pink stones into the necklace for good measure. the piece is finished with metallic stretch for the perfect fit.
