today's monday morning meeting was conducted while sipping pink champagne and eating sprinkles cupcakes (yum!), all whilst wearing beautiful glittery crowns and singing happy birthday to our gal, jamie.

plus, after we saw joy's beautiful balloons, we just had to get some for the birthday girl.  although her true age is not 48 (she is much younger - she made me tell you), it was good for a laugh.
