
we are currently seeking a studio administrator to join our team. we need someone to get down with the nitty gritty business side of ban.do.
requirements and responsibilities are as follows:
- must have previous administrative experience
- a strong understanding of financial accounts and basic bookkeeping
- previous experience with vendor relations,wholesale guidelines, and policies with large corporations/say companies. (ex: as urban outfitters / anthropologie / target / shopbop / etc...)
- excellent computer and technology skills (microsoft office, anyone?)
- includes general office duties and data entry
- an understanding of all the main shipping companies
(domestic/international) USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL
- thorough follow up skills and able to see a long term project through to the end
- superb written and oral communication skills
- highly organized, efficient, and able to deliver high quality work
- positive, easy going, and a great team player
- good people skills and positive energy
- a self starter with the ability to multi task *very important to us.
- extremely attentive to details
as always, a love for hair accessories, candy, and really funny jokes are a plus.

part time to start with the possibility of full time. 25 hour work week. 5 days a week
