nashville, here we come! the ban.do team is hitting the road for a little business trip next week and we are all totally excited. jen and tara have been before and kelly and ali haven’t (although we all watch the show, so they feel like they have). we can’t wait to revisit some favorite spots and discover new ones. here’s where we’ve been…did we miss anything? we’d love to hear what’s cool in the music city.
1 > imogene + wille. we’re obsessed with their elizabeth jeans…so cool. the store is perfectly curated and we can’t wait to go back.
2 > the pharmacy = “worth the wait” burgers and old school phosphates to wash’em down.
3 > amazing food, amazing drinks, and strangely enough, amazing ice cubes. ginger ice cubes, to be exact. we’re so excited to be reunited with holland house.
4 > last time we visited we caught a musical brunch at the southern. the chicken and waffles were out of this world…and the sweet tea…and the biscuits…we could go on and on.
5 > we went to the country music hall of fame and we decided that patsy cline and dolly parton are total ban.do gals.
6 > we already have reservations for saturday night at crowd favorite city house. also, jen saw the singer from the black keys there once and we think that makes her pretty cool.
7 > we checked out jack white’s third man records last time…and speaking of jack white…
8 > jen and tara totally ran into him at one of our favorite coffee spots, crema!
9 > and while we’re on the subject of coffee, the barista parlor is kind of awesome. scratch that, definitely, absolutely awesome.
10 > last but not least, the bluebird cafe. although deacon and scarlett weren’t there last time, we’re hopeful there will be a sighting next week…fingers crossed.
